David has over 25 years of appraisal and consulting experience. He has appraised various types of assets including commercial, retail, industrial, land and special use properties. David is also responsible for UCAS’s business development and would be happy to help or answer your questions.
Hobikh Baleswaran, A.I.M.A.
Hobikh Baleswaran graduated with Honours from the Real Property Administration Program at Seneca College in 2016. Since then, Hobikh has obtained experience in assessment, property taxation, and real estate appraisals. Hobikh has been appraising residential properties for about four years specializing in the Greater Toronto Area markets. Hobikh is an AIC member pursuing an AACI designation. Hobikh has received his A.I.M.A. designation with the Institute of Municipal Assessors and is a licensed realtor.
